Hi., Just traded my Viking for a 26 X2 1000 xT-r. Been riding since 1999. Just lowered spring preload on the rear shocks. With it jacked up and a good coat of anti seize grease it was pretty easy. Ordered a smaller spanner for the front. Won't be so easy due to little clearance up front. Bill

That preload adjustment is the smart move on those machines. The rear is definitely more forgiving than the front. When you get to those front shocks you'll probably find yourself working in inches and cursing the engineering a few times, but once you've got the right tool it moves pretty quick. The anti seize makes all the difference on those fasteners. Got a photo of the new sled.
