2020 Windshield for a 2021 Wolverine

Quick question for the wolverine crew, I'm in the market for a new windshield for my 2021 wolverine RMAX2, but I've noticed that many listings only mention compatibility up to 2020 models. Did yamaha make any changes to the windshield frame or cage in 2021 that would affect fitment? or would a 2020 windshield fit fine on a 2021 model? I don't want to order something that won't fit properly, if anyone has experience with this or can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it

Yep there were changes in the 2021 ones so the 2020 and earlier won't likely fit on your new RMAX2 Buy something specifically made for RMAX2 1000 or 2021+ models use those as the keywords.

I think the difference is in the shape of the case, which is why the ones from 2020 won't fit. There are plenty of 2021 available online, so I don't think you'll have too many problems finding one

Yamaha made some changes to the cage in 2021, so the windshields from 2020 probably won't fit right. It's best to look for ones made for 2021 and up RMAX2 models. I'd suggest checking out Everything Yamaha Offroad or KUAFU, they have some good choices

Yea it did get some cage tweaks, so a 2020 windshield might not fit right. If i were you I'd stick with windshields made for 2021 and up just to be safe.

For the 2021 WOLVERINE RMAX2, I heard that Yamaha didn't really change the windshield frame or cage in a way that would impact fitting. I think, you should have no problem using a 2020 windshield on your 2021 model.
