squeaky sound in my Rmax2 1000

maybe I'm overreacting, but I feel frustrated over this

my wolverine Rmax2 1000 got this squeaky noise after around 70 miles on bumpy roads

is it the shock, the bushing, or maybe something else, idk. Need your opinion on this guys!

You're definitely not overreacting; Wolverine is well known for squeaks, especially on bumpy roads. It shouldn't be the shock themselves but suspension joints, sway bar bushings, or the rear cargo bed mounts. If you can and it is accessible spray the control arm bushings with grease or silicone lube.

Man, I get why that would bother you it feels way too soon for things to start acting up. Could be a bushing or even dust getting into the shock mounts, especially after rough trails, tried checking for any loose fasteners or dry pivot points too. I hope it's something simple.

Don't think you're overreacting. This is bothersome for sure. For me if it's doing that on bumpy roads, might be an alignment issue. But then again, I'm not sure. So best bring it to the dealer.

not sure how an alignment would cause squeaking

@OpenBook bushing, shock or sway bar, it's 99.9999999% one of these 3, jsut a mater of finding which.

You're right,loose bolts, dry suspension parts, or worn bushings often cause squeaks. After checking things out, I'd tighten any loose bolts and lubricate the joints and bushings. If it keeps squeaking after that, you might need to replace some parts. Hope that helps
