is getting a kinetic recovery rope a good idea?

I read somewhere about the kinetic recovery rope. At this point, I'm not sure if I need it but maybe I'd like to hear from anyone who has one, how was it? do you use it often?

a kinetick rope is good for hard core offroading and want to extract other vehicles or yourself. It's a nice thing to have on hand for emergencies

I don't have it, but my friend does. he used it when we were offroading before. it works great, very useful for getting unstuck.

Definitely an upgrade worth considering if you often find yourself stuck in mud or sand. It's smoother than a tow strap and gives you a slingshot pull without the jolt. I don't use mine weekly, but when I need it, I'm real glad it's there. After all it's for emergency anyway, right?
