This is my first post and I'm a total newbie so please bear with me. I got an Adventure Pro recently installed in my 2020 X2 XTR. They show different mileages and I'm hoping to sync them. Is this something I can do on my own? I'd appreciate getting tips.

I mean it's normal for them to be a bit off since the Adventure Pro uses GPS data. You can't really sync them perfectly, but you might be able to calibrate tire size in the settings just to get even closer.

Have you checked if both of the X2's ECU and the Adventure Pro have the latest software update? Yamaha release updates once in a while for better synchronization and data accuracy.
Unfortunately, there's no easy way to sync the odometer on the Adventure Pro with your vehicle's dash. The Pro unit records its own mileage based on GPS, while your car's mileage is tracked by the built-in systems. I think the discrepancy is usually pretty small? And for warranty and service purposes, the official mileage on your dashboard is all that matters. You can track your trip mileage on the Adventure Pro, but for total vehicle miles, always refer to your dash.
